The Network and System Analyst is responsible for day-to-day support of Corporate and Remote Offices Network operations, Azure joined device with Intune Policy management for both Windows and Mac O/S based systems. This consists of monitoring all aspects of the network for proactive management and maintaining Intune Policies for Azure joined computer device operations. To be successful in this role you must have work experience with Windows Servers and Workstations and Mac O/S, combined with strong networking technology knowledge that includes DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Layer-3, VRFs, routing protocols, and VPN on Routers, Firewall, Core/Edge Switches and Wireless networks. The candidate must also be able to comprehend and contribute to network design, implementation, configuration. A professional persona and effective communication skills are an essential component to this role that will involve interacting with end-users and vendors frequently. Other duties include support for day-to-day end-user computer/application operations at our Corporate and Remote office locations.

Key Activities/ What You'll Be Doing

Network Administration
  • Ensure that network security (local and international) is set up and maintained according to set standards.
  • Manage and monitor all network infrastructure components (i.e. routers, switches, firewalls, critical servers, etc.) using SNMP monitoring tools such as PRTG, Solarwinds.
  • Manage and monitor wireless networks (local and remote offices) using Aruba and Cisco Meraki Wireless solution including Controller, Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager.
  • Assist in planning, implementing and managing security policies.
  • Review Network changes and submission to Change Management for approval and implementation.
  • Responsible for IVS & EVS vulnerability scanning, identify and patching of servers and networking devices located at Corporate and Remote offices.
  • Responsible for PCI related tasks for all networks including Wireless, LAN, Firewalls, VPN.
  • Responsible for up-to-date Visio diagrams of Network Topology for Corporate and Remote office locations.
  • Setup of new Remote Offices worldwide including internet, firewall, Local LAN network, wireless, computer setup with Company standards
  • Participate in scheduled Remote Office visits.


Azure Administration
  • Manage Azure/Intune joined devices - Windows, Mac O/S and iO/S.
  • Develop and Maintain Intune Policies to apply to Azure joined devices for auto-pilot deployment process - Windows, Mac O/S and iO/S.
  • Administrate the use of Jamf Connector for Mac O/S computers for Azure/Intune.


Other Responsibilities
  • Provide Helpdesk support for end-user computers and networking that complies with Corporate standards to all Corporate users worldwide.
  • Assist in handling Procurement and Invoicing process for purchase of IT Equipment and software license renewals.
  • Assist in monitoring File Server systems health to identify problems such as hardware/software failures, capacity issues (e.g., connections, disk space, memory, CPU performance issues, and assists in the resolution of the problems.
  • Assist in maintaining File servers and Workstations security updates, anti-virus management and other end-point security clients, onsite and offsite data backup replicator as well as data restoration.
  • Create How-To and Knowledge Base documentation as needed e.g., new office network setups and network issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configuration.
  • Provide after-hours support (when required) emergency support to our Corporate and Remote locations.
  • Research innovative technologies and/or services and/or feature enhancements.

Technical Skills and Knowledge
  • Thorough understanding of the design and build of desktop and laptop computers, network devices, including routers, switches, network cabling, Mac O/S computers, iOS iPhone/iPad and other computing peripherals.
  • In depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server Operating Systems (MS AD, DNS, DHCP) and working knowledge of LDAP, ADSI, SID History, ACL and NTFS Permissions.
  • Thorough knowledge of Azure/Intune Management, Office 365 Applications, Teams, OneDrive and Sharepoint integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking technologies including Routers, switches, DHCP, DNS, VPN and VLAN (VRF, Port Channels) security procedures (ACLs, Port Security).
  • Good working knowledge of Firewalls (Palo Alto), Antivirus (Trendmicro), Avamar Backup, VMWare, Image Engine Desktop Central patching, and Proxy filtering.


Travel: Yearly or scheduled support visits to International Remote offices may be required.

Experience, Education and Professional Qualifications / What You Bring
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent amount of education and work experience.
  • CCNA (required), CCNP (would be an asset), MCSE (would be an asset)
  • 3-4 years' hands-on experience working in a fast-paced environment as Network Administrator or Specialist.


This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
