Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Support Engineer

What you will do
  • Support Oracle ERP Cloud modules (Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Projects and EPM etc.) with strong knowledge on Java, PL/SQL, XML, RESTful APIs, web services, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle OTBI, ADF, FBDI, VBCS etc.
  • Fix integrations with external systems using APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud and design and develop the same.
  • Configure and solve Oracle ERP Cloud security and access controls
  • Provide Month End Support and ensure that important metric/SLA are met as per business ask.
  • Work with Oracle Cloud SCM, Finance and EPM functional and business team to resolve the issues as per SLA.
What you bring to the role
  • Demonstrated prior work experience in Oracle Cloud with strong knowledge on Java, PL/SQL, XML, RESTful APIs, web services, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle OTBI, ADF, FBDI, VBCS , Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Should have experience in Oracle Implementation and Support
  • Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting.
  • Oracle Cloud Technical Certification preferred.
Working Arrangements

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in our client's office in Halifax, NS. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
