You are an expert at resolving skin care concerns, and you will customize each facial to your client’s individual needs. You will prescribe our professional skincare products and promote our exclusive lifestyle membership program.
We offer state of the art facilities and equipment, effective computerized booking system, uniforms, linens and professional products, as well as professional personal development courses; tuition is free.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all clients with a warm, generous and inviting manner
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service
- Explain treatment to client before beginning service
- Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness benefits of facials
- Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency and pull products for clients to purchase
- Willingness to learn, understand and promote all spa services and product lines
- Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
- Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep database up to date
- Esthetic diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years experience as an esthetician
- Knowledge of skincare lines and products (Dermalogica product knowledge an asset)
- Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
- Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
- Schedule flexibility
- Strong team player
