Sous la supervision du directeur de production, le titulaire du poste prend en charge le développement ainsi que l’amélioration des processus en place. Comme nous visons à toujours rencontrer les délais de nos clients et même les surpasser, il est évident que l’atteinte des objectifs sera intimement liée à l’analyse rigoureuse des processus ainsi que l’évaluation des équipements et des systèmes en place. L’ingénieur des procédés devra évaluer et recommander de nouveaux processus de développement technologique qui sauront optimiser la performance, à coût moindre, tout en augmentant la qualité de la production en fonction des techniques manufacturières en place. Nous recherchons donc, quelqu’un qui saura mettre à profit son leadership, son expérience en gestion de projets tout en apportant une contribution significative à l’équipe de production.
Nature et étendue de la fonction
- Améliorer et maintenir l’efficacité des lignes de production en standardisant les procédés;
- Suggérer, appliquer et implanter des concepts, des normes et des améliorations de procédés (méthode, machine, matières premières, etc.);
- Analyser les tendances et les rapports sur les données générées pour définir les améliorations, la performance et la fonctionnalité des processus;
- Identifier les faiblesses des équipements et travailler à les réduire;
- Améliorer le produit et la qualité du processus, l’uniformité, la productivité, l'efficacité et l’analyse des risques;
- Revoir les données existantes et déterminer si davantage de recherche et d'information doivent être prises en considération tout en évaluant l'adéquation des processus et des équipements existants;
- Utiliser un ordinateur pour modéliser, simuler une conception et évaluer les processus;
- Travailler étroitement avec l’équipe d’amélioration en continue;
- Analyser les résultats pour faire ressortir les problématique (machines, méthodes, matières premières,…);
- Être rigoureux en s’assurant que les aspects d’une opération ou d’un processus rencontrent les normes spécifiés en vigueur;
- Développer une expertise technique sur les équipements critiques;
- Supporter et améliorer la formation des employés et dans certains cas spécifique monter la formation technique;
- Collaborer aux succès de l’équipe production et remplacer occasionnellement (et brièvement) les superviseurs;
- Contribuer à maintenir la sécurité du produit en adoptant des comportements répondant aux exigences définies.
Exigence du poste
- Diplôme universitaire complété dans le domaine de l’ingénierie (spécialisation en procédé);
- 3 années d’expérience pertinente dans un domaine manufacturier industriel ou autre expérience similaire;
- Bilinguisme essentiel français-anglais;
- Habiletés informatiques (Suite Microsoft Office, système d’exploitation Windows);
- Forte habileté en communication / leadership;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement changeant continuellement;
- Faire preuve d’autonomie et travailler avec un minimum de supervision;
- Connaissances technique en gestion de projet et en résolution de problème (green belt);
- Connaissance des outils statistiques;
- Orientés sur les détails et les résultats
- Compétences d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes efficaces et reconnues.
