Handyperson

• Yardwork and gardening tasks (ex: cleaning up leaves, yard waste etc)
• General household maintenance activities including, painting, minor plumbing, and other projects
• Listen observe and communicate any concerns or changes in the client's physical, emotional or environmental conditions to Spectrum management

• Experience in household maintenance
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to interact with others in a caring, tactful and courteous manner
• Ability to speak other languages an asset
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check and TB Test (within 6 months) as a condition of employment
• Two Step TB Test (within 1 year)
