Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst with international experience to lead and manage complex compensation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in integrating acquisitions and have a deep understanding of compensation systems. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Global Compensation, this role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Compensation Projects: Drive the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global standards.
  • International Expertise: Apply knowledge of international compensation practices to develop and oversee compensation strategies across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and market competitiveness.
  • Integration of Acquisitions: Manage the integration of compensation programs for newly acquired companies, aligning them with existing structures and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • System Knowledge: Utilize advanced compensation management systems to analyze, report, and provide insights on compensation data, ensuring system functionality and optimizing processes.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis, including benchmarking, pay equity studies, and compensation trend analysis. Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR business partners, finance, and other stakeholders to address compensation-related queries and provide guidance on compensation matters.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compensation practices are in compliance with local, national, and international regulations. Stay updated on compensation trends and recommend best practices to enhance the company's compensation framework.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation analysis, with a strong background in international compensation and acquisition integration.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading compensation projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  • System Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of compensation management systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively to various audiences.
  • Global Perspective: Demonstrated ability to navigate and adapt to diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
