Nous cherchons un Conseiller juridique corporatif principal pour notre équipe grandissante
Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :
- Fournir des conseils juridiques en temps opportun à l'équipe commerciale d'Intact Procurement à l'appui de la rédaction, de la négociation et de la gestion des contrats des fournisseurs clés (et d'autres documents juridiques associés).
- S'assurer que les contrats et tous les documents connexes sont conformes aux normes, politiques et pratiques d'Intact, ainsi qu'à toute législation applicable.
- Ãlaborer des fiches de formation et de conseils concernant les marchés publics/la technologie de l'information (TI) et les tendances du secteur.
- Soutenir la préparation et l'évaluation des demandes de propositions (RFP).
- Améliorer continuellement les pratiques et les modèles d'Intact pour s'assurer qu'ils restent « les meilleurs de leur catégorie ».
- Identifier les risques de conformité et de sécurité tout en mettant en Åuvre des plans proactifs pour atténuer ou minimiser ces risques.
- Collaborer avec des collègues juridiques de classe mondiale afin de résoudre de nouveaux problèmes et d'exécuter la vision d'Intact axée sur le client.
Ce que vous mettrez à profit :
- Au moins huit ans d'expérience juridique pertinente dans un grand cabinet d'avocats ou dans un environnement interne.
- Expérience approfondie de la négociation et du conseil sur les accords de fourniture de technologies modernes (tels que SaaS, télécommunications, services cloud, licences technologiques et accords d'externalisation).
- Solides compétences en rédaction juridiques, rédaction et communication.
- Solides compétences en négociation et en résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité avérée à établir de solides relations professionnelles avec des collègues et des clients.
- Capacité avérée à éduquer et à influencer les décideurs (en mettant l'accent sur la simplification des problèmes et la réduction de la complexité des décisions).
- Expérience et intérêt pour la FinTech, l'InsurTech ou l'apprentissage automatique/la science des données seraient considérés comme un atout.
- Expérience de travail dans une industrie réglementée (services financiers, télécommunications ou similaire) serait considérée comme un atout.

- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité dâavoir lâautorisation de travailler au Canada.
