Salary range:
$19.91/hour,
After 432 hours of work completed, 19.72/hour
After 864 hours of work completed 20.26/hour
Day shift has a premium of $0.90/hour

YOUR ROLE AS A GENERAL WORKER:
The GENERAL WORKER is responsible for the proper operation of the packaging line, the quality of the product, and the equipment's operation while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
The GENERAL WORKER's main duties are but are not limited to:
âPerform all tasks on the production lines by rotating the positions with other employees;
âOperate certain machines (on and off) in order to de-stress the components;
âPlace finished products on pallets and perform general handling in production areas;
âParticipate in equipment washes and changeovers, as well as preventive maintenance, when required;
âKeep your work environment clean;
âReport to the Line Manager any anomalies noticed during the execution of these tasks;
âComply with company policies (health and safety, dress code, GMP, SOP, work instructions, etc.) and ensure that they are followed during each task;
âAny other tasks or related projects assigned by the Team Leader, Team Leader Assistant, Supervisors or Directors.
Qualifications
âHigh school diploma or equivalent experience;
âKnow how to read, write and count;
âManual dexterity and good physical fitness required;
Aptitudes:
âDemonstrate initiative and learning ability;
âA job well done;
âGood communication and team spirit.
