Reports to: Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage

POSITION SUMMARY:

Concession Alcohol Servers premium level beer service to concourse level guests during a busy event-time environment. You will consistently provide exceptional and knowledgeable service that will impress and thrill fans. This is an hourly, events-based position.

A typical shift includes

  • Provide premium level quick service, pouring, and serving beer to guests before and during hockey games and events
  • Communicating with guests and responding to guest inquiries
  • Working collaboratively as a key member of a larger team across the organization and continuously interact in a positive and professional manner
  • Other duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • An incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality experience
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 5:30pm
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
  • Valid Serving it Right Certificate is required
