Position Summary...To lead all Deli Associates and department processes to ensure a high level of customer service and while meeting production targets.

What you'll do...

1. Recevoir la marchandise, utiliser l'équipement adéquatement et surveiller les besoins de réparation, s'occuper de la gestion des documents requis, des registres et de toute autre documentation.
2. Maintenir la présentation dans l'aire de vente, en faisant le stockage et la rotation de la marchandise, retirer les produits endommagés ou périmés, mettre en place et maintenir les présentoirs de produits, placer l'affichage et les prix de la marchandise.
3. Participer au recrutement, à la sélection, à la formation et au perfectionnement de tous les associés du rayon de la charcuterie.
4. Donner de l'exemple en accueillant tous les clients de façon polie et courtoise et aider à faire la promotion des produits et des services, en repérant la marchandise et en prenant des décisions sur l'achat.
5. Effectuer tous les aspects de la planification SALUS " succursale à l'intérieur d'une succursale " pour le rayon de la charcuterie; assister aux réunions SALUS pour passer en revue les rapports SALUS sur les produits alimentaires, les commandes et les renseignements sur les ventes; veiller aux niveaux corrects de l'en-stock, dans le rayon de la charcuterie, et ce, en exécutant tous les programmes de commercialisation et de réapprovisionnement.

7. Remplir et tenir à jour la documentation nécessaire, comme les rapports de suivi sur l'inventaire, les feuilles de consignation des rebuts, les factures et les notes assignées.
