Allied Universal is seeking Professional mobile Security Guards in Edmunston NB, Canada.

• 1-2yrs Security Experience Preferred
• Pay-rate: $18.00-$20.00/hours
• Bilingual language is required (French &English)
• G Driver's License (Required)
• Clean Driver's Abstract
• Job type: Casual/On-call positions
• Shift time: 0600am-1800pm (Rotational)
• Must be Able to start immediately

Overview:Allied Universal® is currently seeking a vigilant and dedicated Mobile Security Guard to join our team in Edmunston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients premises,employees and visitors.

Qualifications:

• Valid Security Guard License issued by the appropriate regulatory authority.
• 1-2 yrs Security Experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Casual position- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
• Must be 25+ years of age due to company insurance requirements on vehicles

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to detect and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security threats.
• Check identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises to ensure authorized access.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, or security breaches.
• Provide assistance and information to visitors, employees, and customers in a professional manner.
• Intervene in conflicts or disturbances to de-escalate situations and maintain order.
• Write detailed reports documenting incidents, observations, and activities.
• Enforce company policies and regulations to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies or other security personnel as needed.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive measures to prevent security breaches.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on security procedures and protocols.
• Always remain vigilant and alert to detect and respond to potential security threats.
