Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Part Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Gourlay's Golden Pharmacy in Golden, BC .

Job Description:

The pharmacy assistant is in charge of offering top-notch client service in a polite, informed, and professional way. In addition to focusing on achieving pharmacy excellence in the areas of customer service, workflow efficiency, and inventory control, the Assistant is in charge of identifying and scheduling professional clinical services.

Responsibilities :
Assist the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Manager with daily operations of the Pharmacy Department
Keep track of pharmacy stocks by ordering, receiving, and switching out supplies and stock.
Manage customer prescription pick-up and assist with prescription preparation and compounding of prescriptions.
Third party adjudication
Blister packing medications
Other jobs & duties, as assigned

_Qualifications & Skills:_
Experience in Kroll
1 year of pharmacy assistant experience preferred
Experience working in a retail environment
Above average communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
