You as a Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager will:- Plan the mechanical and electrical components of a construction project and ensure applicable activities fit within the overall project framework
- Chair project M&E meetings, determining the status of the job in terms of scheduling and costing and solve complex technical issues
- Monitor a project's material and labour costs for mechanical and electrical components and assure accurate quality reporting is being conducted
- Manage project commissioning team to provide a record of systems performance
- Prepare and implement training programs to ensure successful transition from the construction team to facility management
- You have an Engineering/Mechanical degree or equivalent combination of technical training and industry memberships.
- Experienced in the management of the projects end to end i.e. scope development, spec development, tendering review and evaluation, managing contractor installation, quality review, project closeout, etc.
- You have 3 - 7 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical functions
- Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset

En tant que gestionnaire de projet en ME, vous devrez : · Planifier les portées des travaux mécaniques, électriques et technologie de l'information d'un projet de construction, et préparer un échéancier de construction en collaboration avec le surintendant ou la surintendante de projet. · Préparer régulièrement, en temps opportun et avec exactitude, les factures des éléments mécaniques et électriques du projet afin d'assurer le paiement en temps opportun des factures par les sous-traitants. · Surveiller, en collaboration avec le surintendant ou la surintendante, les coûts de matériaux et de main-d'œuvre d'un projet pour les éléments mécaniques et électriques, et s'assurer que des rapports précis en matière de qualité sont effectués. · Passer en revue les modifications mécaniques et électriques reçues des consultants et consultantes pour s'assurer qu'elles sont complètes et conformes aux normes, et passer en revue la tarification des sous-traitants pour ces modifications. · Fournir des conseils éclairés et faire des rapports préventifs sur la livraison et le rendement, en utilisant les outils et l'information disponibles, tout en tenant à jour des dossiers détaillés, exacts et à jour sur l'infrastructure, l'usine et l'équipement du chantier, y compris les renseignements sur les produits et techniques. · Planifier les éléments mécaniques, électriques et technologie de l'information d'un projet de construction. · Préparer et diriger des réunions de projet, déterminer l'état de progression de la tâche concernant l'échéancier et les coûts, et résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes. · Assurer la liaison entre la clientèle finale et tous les aspects du service opérationnel. · Réviser en permanence la charge de travail du département pour obtenir un service rentable et de qualité. · Établir les politiques, les procédures, les plans d'action, les indicateurs critiques, les échéanciers et les mesures de rendement nécessaires pour garantir des services de haute qualité et des livraisons en temps opportun à la clientèle. · Gérer le programme général de mise en service des systèmes de bâtiment, y compris la coordination, la vérification des essais et la formation.
