Rôle et responsabilités/Roles and Responsibilities

  • Préparer et/ou vérifier les certificats de conformité des produits finis avant livraison. Prepare and/or verify the Certificates of conformity of the finished products before delivery.

  • Chef auditeur pour AP&C : Gérer l’équipe d’auditeurs internes et effectuer les audits internes selon les normes et exigences qualité. / Lead auditor for AP&C: Manage the internal audit team and perform internal audits according to quality standards and requirements.

  • Gérer et mettre à jour la documentation du système qualité (Manuel et procédures qualité, Instructions, spécifications externes et enregistrements qualité)./ Manage and update quality system documentation (Quality Manual and Procedures, Instructions, external specifications and quality records).

  • Gérer, maintenir et surveiller le processus d’actions correctives et préventives (CAPA) pour assurer leur réponse et l’implantation d’actions en temps. / Manage, maintain and monitor the process of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure their response and the implementation of actions in time.

  • Participer au maintien et amélioration du système de gestion de la qualité de AP&C en respectant les normes (ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 13485, ISO17025) et les exigences des clients afin d’en assurer la conformité. / Participate in maintenance and improvement of the AP&C quality management system by meeting standards (ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 13485, ISO17025) and customer requirements in order to ensure compliance.

  • Supporter l’équipe Qualité lors d’audits client ou de tierce partie./ Support Quality team during customer or third party audits.

  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus qualité./ Participate in the continuous improvement of quality processes.

Qualifications, expérience et compétences requis/Required Qualifications, experience and skills

  • Diplôme universitaire en génie ou dans une discipline technique reliée / University degree in engineering or a related technical discipline

  • Formation en gestion et assurance de la qualité / Training in quality management and assurance

  • Formation et expérience en audit interne / Training and experience in internal audits

  • 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire / 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position

  • Connaissance approfondie de la norme ISO9001 et des outils de gestion de la qualité / In-depth knowledge of the ISO9001 standard and quality management tools

  • Atout/Asset: Connaissance de la norme AS9100 et/ou ISO13485 et/ou ISO17025 / Knowledge of the AS9100 and/or ISO13485 and/or ISO17025 standard

  • Atout/Asset: Minimum de 2 années d’expérience en milieu manufacturier / Minimum of 2 years of experience a manufacturing environment

  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, autant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral / Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais / Fluency in French and English, including writting and speaking

  • Connaissance des principes de base de la gestion et des systèmes informatiques pertinents (Suite Office) / Knowledge of basic management principles and relevant computer systems (Suite Office)

  • Très bonne compétences en rédaction (procédures, instructions…)/ Very good writting skills (procedures, instructions…)

  • Aptitude pour le travail d’équipe / Aptitude for teamworkHabiletés pour la communication écrite et verbale / Written and verbal communication skills
