Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for Bilingual HR Coordinator for a10 monthâs contract in Montréal. This is hybrid role. There is a possibility of contract extension and conversion depends on the business needs.
Pay rate: $25.00 / Hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am â 4pm
Open to fully bilingual candidates located in Toronto, provided that they are able to work onsite twice a week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual HR Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:

â¢Providing a broad range of operational process support
â¢Performing general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities
â¢Supporting various HR programs and processes, providing first level analysis to resolve business issues
â¢Referring or escalating processing or operational issues
â¢Processing various transactions accurately, on time and in line with established guidelines/procedures
â¢Providing optimal employee and partner service, including guidance and advice on programs and procedures, while adhering to customer service standards and Customer Experience Model
â¢Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and support process improvement initiatives:
â¢Completing investigations â report / escalate risk issues or process gaps identified
â¢Escalating non-standard or high risk transactions or other activities as deemed appropriate
â¢Prioritizing and managing own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity
â¢Following internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions for either the organization or clients
â¢Maintaining working relationships with external and internal partners including responding to questions and/or concerns in an effective and timely manner
â¢Ensuring documentation that is prepared / completed is accurate and properly reflects client / business intentions and is consistent with relevant rules / regulations
â¢Accessing systems, know and apply system capabilities, ensure update of information is completed timely and accurately:
â¢Adhering to standardized documentation procedures
â¢Updating and contribute to the preparation of procedural documents in support of day-to-day operations
â¢Being knowledgeable and/or aware of industry developments from a HR program and regulatory perspective for own area
â¢Supporting the team by continuously developing knowledge in own area
â¢Participating in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training within own team
â¢Keeping others informed and up-to-date about the status/progress of projects and all relevant or useful information related to day to day activities
â¢Contributing to a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce:
â¢Acting as a brand champion for the business area/function and the bank, both internally and/or externally

Qualifications
â¢Excellent written & verbal communication skills, in both French & English
â¢Strong time management, with ability to adapt to change
â¢Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
â¢Comfortable navigating computer software
â¢Strong attention to detail
â¢Post-secondary mandatory

Nice to have:

â¢Previous banking or FI experience
â¢Investigative, critical thinking skills
â¢Knowledge of different Leave types
â¢Previous HR knowledge or experience
