The receptionist serves as a first point of contact for customers and clients. A love for working with people is a must Exceptional receptionists also possess the ability to be an effective problem solver, relaying communication to other team members, and providing general administrative support as required.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and directing visitors, clients, or employees
- Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence
- Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Managing mail and courier services
- Creating and maintaining filing systems for documents and records
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist is required
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel)
- Ability to handle a high-paced work environment
- Strong typing and data entry skills
