We are looking to fill the full-time temporary Snowcat Track Maintenance Worker position at Fernie Alpine Resort. Reporting to the Vehicle Maintenance Manager, the ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, physically fit, and comfortable working in an outdoor maintenance shop environment. We focus on building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our staff and guests and encourage you to come "Experience the Ultimate" and be a part of our staff team.

You Will:

Disassembly and reassembly of Snowcat tracks including removal and replacement of worn and broken componentsResponsible for inventory and parts used on each trackReport any unseen track problems to Vehicle MaintenanceKnow and abide by RCR Policy and Procedures including Safety Management and Injury Management Programs

You Have:

Able to work alone or in a team environmentMust be reliableMechanical aptitude requiredShould have some experience using basic hand toolsMust be physically capable and able to work outside


Full-time temporary role starting ASAP. Shift schedule 4 days x 10hrs. RCR offers industry competitive compensation and benefits in a great working environment.
