Responsibilities

- Load/unload freight using forklifts and manual equipment.
- Stage freight in double deep racking with an Extended Reach truck.
- Order picking and prepare shipping paperwork.
- Conduct inventory control and cycle counts using mobile barcode scanners.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma; relevant experience preferred.
- Valid Forklift and Reach Truck license (in-house accepted).
- Experience with Extended Reach lift trucks and counterbalance forklifts.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and electronic inventory management.
- Ability to read drawings/specifications and take precise measurements (imperial/metric).
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Quick learner with technical aptitude for equipment operation.
- Reliable transportation to/from work and good attendance record.

Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Extended Reach Truck & Forklift Operator/Material Handler to join our team. This role is vital to supporting our operations by efficiently handling freight and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with extended reach lift trucks and possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
