In this role you will follow detailed instructions and maintain high precision in placing components according to client specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed repairs on a variety of products, ensuring all work meets the company’s quality standards.

  • Diagnose issues accurately and determine the best course of action for repairs.

  • Use hand tools and specialized equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble items.

  • Inspect completed repairs for quality assurance and make any necessary adjustments.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.

  • Document all repairs, including parts used and time spent, for accurate record-keeping.

  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on repair status and explain any necessary repairs.

  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in repair work preferred.

  • Proven experience as a hand repair technician or in a similar role.

  • Excellent manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain repair processes to customers.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
