As a Junior Legal Accounting Clerk, your responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive range of tasks, including processing full-cycle accounting functions. These tasks will contain managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, overseeing daily bank deposits and Trust cheques, posting clients and disbursements, conducting bank reconciliations, handling billing procedures, facilitating fund wiring, acting as a bank runner, overseeing cheque printing, and providing support for administrative-accounting requests.
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of work experience in accounting. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential qualities for this position.
