Job Title: Sr. Java Developer - Full Stack w/ Angular FocusLocation: Toronto, Ontario (Downtown Hybrid, 3 days in office)Job Roles/Responsibilities:• Designing and developing APIs. ·• Meeting both technical and consumer needs. ·• Knowledge in Angular, Typescript, Java script, HTML, CSS, and bootstrap · Familiarity with Linux operating system (Red Hat Enterprise Linux preferred). ·• Familiarity with common software development tools – editors, build systems, Git, BitBucket ·• Team management and support. · Design and develop solutions that meet the functional and non-functional requirements• Experience in full lifecycle software development, SDLC including coding standards, code reviews, source code management, build processes, testing and value of metrics and incremental delivery. ·• Good communication skills (verbal and written) · Effort estimation of work ·• Coordinate & work with various stakeholders from technology & business teamsPrimary Skills: Angular 8+ version, Java, Spring Boot, Microservice, AWS/Azure and any DBRequired Skills:• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related major.• Experience of Typescript, HTML%, CSS#, Javascript, ES6, Jquery.• Experience of Java Backend API technologies: Java, Spring & SpringBoot, Microservices, JPA and/or design techniques and tools and Cloud -Azure/AWS.• Experience in full lifecycle software · Experience working in Agile projects.• Associate should write unit test cases and use cases and complete Unit testing.• Associate should assist junior member if required & provide support to QA and UAT test team.• Associate should be flexible to support Prod and work on critical issues from production.Skill Set Expectations:Must-Have Skills:• Core Java• Advanced Java• Java 8• Spring Framework• Spring Boot• RESTful Services• Microservices Architecture• Experience with Any Cloud Platform• Proficiency with Any Database System• DevOps PracticesConceptual Experience Required in the Following Areas:• Authentication• Authorization• Cryptography• Secure Communication• Input Validation• Output Encoding• Session Management• Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) Protection• Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS)• Security Headers• Secure File Handling• Security Logging and Monitoring• Security Configuration Management• Security Vulnerability Management• Security Best Practices and Standards• Web Services SecurityAdditional Skills:• Problem-Solving• Use Case Analysis• Decision Making• Design Patterns• Code Review Tools• Unit Testing Frameworks• Code Coverage Plugins/Tools and All SDLC tools
