Victoria BC, Canada Iredale Architecture Full time

Iredale Architecture is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our collaborative team in Victoria. The ideal candidate will be a registered Architectural Technologist (or nearing registration) with the Architectural Institute of British Columbia and will be able to function autonomously, offering vital technical support to our Design team. This includes extensive experience preparing and assembling drawing packages from DP, BP and to IFC with minimal supervision. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is non-negotiable.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a British Columbia Architectural firm.
Completion of a certified Building Technology or Architectural program in a professionally recognized institution.
Extensive experience in building technology working independently to prepare design and construction drawings.
Experience in a variety of project types, including commercial office/retail, First Nations community buildings, civic and cultural facilities, and multi-residential.
Knowledge of the BC Building Code Part 3 and ASHRAE 90.High level of proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Vectorworks to produce presentation imagery.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in English.
