We are seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancer to join our dynamic Property Law team at Clark Woods LLP. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring a seamless and efficient transfer of property ownership for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Manage residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion.Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and title deeds.Conduct property searches and liaise with local authorities, surveyors, and other relevant parties.Provide expert advice to clients on property-related matters.Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements and regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.Attend to post-completion formalities, such as registering ownership with the Land Registry.Keep abreast of changes in property law and conveyancing practices.Qualifications and Skills:Qualified Conveyancer or Solicitor with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in conveyancing.Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage a high caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant IT tools.A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
