We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our client's team as a Senior Manager of Finance, Corporate. In this role, you will be an integral part of their Corporate Finance Team, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Oversee corporate financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Manage Corporate Office accounting and related tasks.
Conduct accounting analysis and prepare memos for strategic decision-making and audits.
Coordinate the preparation of consolidated financial statements for audits and banking compliance.
Handle transfer pricing, and intercompany transactions, and ensure legal entity accounting compliance.
Coordinate annual audits and provide the necessary support.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, treasury, and debt financing requirements.
Engage in strategic tax planning and modeling.
Manage cash flow, banking activities, and related party transactions effectively.
Strong analytical and technical skills, including GAAP, Finance, Income Tax, and MS Excel proficiency.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
Experience in strategic financial planning and forecasting.
Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance requirements.
