The successful candidate will report to the Food Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Boundary Co-op's Deli Department, including:
Business planning;
Your team will work together to provide excellent customer service and ensure quality products are produced for all meal occasions.
Through the work that we do, we help to build, fuel, feed and grow Western Canadian communities together.
You're familiar with commodity sales, gross margin, and inventory management;
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
