The position of the Program Manager assists the Account/Business Manager with technical sales, customer relationship management and program management. Together with the Account/Business Manager the Program Manager promotes values and sets the stage so that they can deliver great customer experiences.

In support of the Account/Business Manager:
Program management both technically and timelines, plus leading the order confirmation meeting.
Initiate customer complaints.
Manage milestones, updates, test scheduling MAP, monitor and attend mold tests.
Plastic Part Inspection (PPI) Meetings and reworks.
Back up Account Manager as required.
Willingness to take on additional tasks/projects as required by the business.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
~2+ years experience in a Program, Projects or Customer Service in a B2B environment Preference given to candidate with experience in Injection Molding
~ Bachelors degree in engineering, Business or related field preferred. Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation an asset.
~ Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software.
~ Fluency in Spanish is an asset.


Teamwork: Working effectively with others Project Implementation involvement.
Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicating, building rapport and relating well to people at all levels.
