What we can offer youCompetitive salary, benefits package and matching retirement planA friendly, collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional development & ongoing learningA chance to be part of a growing organization You will be responsible forLead the development and implementation of technology solutions architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements.Own end-to-end solution design, focusing on software systems while maintaining a holistic view of the IT infrastructure.Advocate for and practice continuous integration, continuous delivery, Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).Evaluate and improve internal business strategies and IT processes, with a focus on software development and deployment in a CI/CD environment.Create and implement comprehensive software architecture models to meet the organization's strategic objectives.Work collaboratively with IT teams to integrate software solutions with existing IT infrastructure.Provide expertise in software development practices and technologies, including Cloud-native architectures, and DevSecOps, Big Data, and Analytics.Assess new software technologies and their feasibility for integration into the existing IT landscape.Ensure the security, efficiency, and scalability of software systems within the organization.Mentor and guide teams in software architecture best practices and patterns, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. What we need from youComputer Science or Software Engineering degree or equivalent education and work experience.Certifications in software architecture frameworks and methodologies are preferred (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe for Architects, Azure Solutions Architect).8+ years of experience as an Enterprise Solution Architect in an Agile environment.Familiarity with core Project Management skills and all Agile events working with cross-functional team.Solid understanding of cloud IT infrastructure components and how they interact with software systems.Experience in cloud computing, data management, and emerging technologies.Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving technology initiatives.
