As MEI USA continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Talent Management Specialist to join our team and elevate our talent strategies.
An ideal candidate would be actively involved in the HR administration adhering to the recruiting, onboarding and other ad hoc duties.
Talent Management Specialist Responsibilities:
Coordinates all applicant tracking and data related to recruitment process.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Maintains online career site and job postings and other related recruiting materials.
Organizes and assists with new hire orientation, including all administrative actions that are taken.
Monitors training period performance.
Training
Aggregates training needs identified in performance management process and other interactions.
Recommends and tracks internal and external training and continuing education including safety, compliance, technical and soft skills.
HR Administration
Maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel files, records, and documentation in HR software.
Oversees overtime and non-exempt and PTO time tracking system.
Answers questions from employees relative to policies, benefits, hiring processes, and routine employee relations.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and modern technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration.
Proven experience as a Talent Management Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
