The Trans Mountain Expansion Project will provide increased capacity to support Canadian crude oil production growth and ensure access to global energy markets. The largest project in the pipeline’s history, it involves installing approximately 980 kilometres of new pipeline, as well as new and modified facilities.

This contract position will provide assistance to the Integrity cost control group with all LEM, purchase requisition and administrative functions. The successful candidate will take the lead in all aspects of the 3-way match corporate process. As well this role will support all PM’s on purchase requisition entries in D365, change orders, invoicing needs and provide administrative support to the group.Coordinate and work directly with all Integrity vendors and project managers to communicate 3-way match requirements to ensure successful implementation
Review contractor LEM’s data for completeness, PO numbers, LEM/time ticket numbering systems and signatures
Maintain the pending vendor invoice files and do daily updates using Excel VLookup function
Maintain the cost control shared inbox, by ensuring all incoming emails are looked after, assigned and filed in a timely manner
Research and resolve account payable issues with internal and external stakeholders
Track the Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) account and follow up where necessary
Support the Tech Services cost control group with administrative support and ad hoc requests
Post secondary education in a related field
Experience in a P2P, three-way match environment a definite asset
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and Outlook
Cost control experience an asset
The length of this contract will be ~6 months.
