Ce poste offre une opportunité passionnante de participer à l'élaboration de l'orientation esthétique de nos collections. Votre principale responsabilité sera de veiller à ce que chaque modèle reflète notre vision et respecte des spécifications de construction précises tout au long du processus de fabrication. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel au sein de l'équipe de conception en fournissant des dossiers techniques complets, en proposant des solutions innovantes, tant sur le plan créatif que technique, et en apportant des informations précieuses sur les échantillons et les analyses de laboratoire afin d'atteindre les objectifs commerciaux.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Collaborer avec les stylistes, l'équipe d'ajustement, les fabricants et les vendeurs pour s'assurer que les spécifications du produit sont viables.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe d'approvisionnement et de conception pour veiller à ce que l'orientation des styles corresponde au produit acheté.
  • Comprendre les délais de production et le processus d'action
  • Communication quotidienne avec les usines
  • Approuver les trempages en laboratoire et les œuvres d'art
  • Commenter et approuver les échantillons PP et les échantillons de production
  • Créer des dessins techniques avec les bonnes spécifications pour le produit
  • S'assurer que les dessins répondent à toutes les normes techniques et de sécurité
  • Analyser les conceptions et déterminer les ressources nécessaires et les délais du projet.
  • Veiller à ce que tous les produits soient conformes aux normes de l'entreprise et aux valeurs de la marque.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • DEC en stylisme ou expérience pertinente
  • Min. 6 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie de l'habillement
  • Expérience dans le commerce de gros (un atout)
  • Expérience dans le domaine de la mode enfantine (un atout)
  • Sens technique

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist in shaping the aesthetic direction of our collections. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that each design reflects our vision and adheres to precise construction specifications throughout the manufacturing process. You’ll play a pivotal role in the design team by delivering comprehensive Tech Packs, providing innovative solutions - both creatively and technically, and offering valuable insights on samples and lab dips to meet business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with designers, fit team, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure that product specifications are viable.
  • Work closely with the sourcing and design team to ensure that the direction of styles corresponds to the product purchased.
  • Understand production time and action process
  • Daily communication with factories
  • Approval of lab dips and artworks
  • Comment and approval on PP samples and production sample
  • Create technical drawings with the right specifications for the product
  • Ensure designs meet all technical and safety standards
  • Analyze designs and determining required resources and project deadlines.
  • Ensure all products conform to company standards and brand values.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • DEC in Fashion Design or relevant experience
  • Min. 6 years of experience in apparel industry
  • Wholesale experience (an asset)
  • Childrenswear experience (an asset)
  • Technical eye
