Overview
LOCATION: Prince George
REPORTS TO: Service Manager
HOURLY RATE: $36.66
DETAILS:
- Review daily reports and build actions plans to improve lagging metrics
- Provide direction, coaching and training to demonstrate proper warehouse & safety techniques to our Warehouse team
- Recommend improvements/changes to processes to drive efficiency
- Ensure duties related to Health, Safety, and Environmental are completed
- Identify & Report unsafe operating conditions and practices, and build corrective action plans
- Build and execute warehouse area housekeeping schedule
- Determine warehouse schedules based on workload, and communicate changes to warehouse team
- Fill in as required; provide relief for others as required
- Perform all assigned duties in a safe and productive manner
- Lead the warehouse team to perform duties to PBNA Standards & communicate gaps to manager
SHIFT DETAILS:
- 8 Shifts + OT if Necessary; Afternoon shifts; Shift days M-F
Responsibilities
- Prior Leadership Experience
- Self-motivated, organized, able to work well with others and under minimal or no supervision
- Good general health, manual dexterity and fitness
- Must have basic computer competency skills
- Must possess high numeracy skills and record keeping ability
- Must demonstrate a high level of problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates good GMP knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Class 1 DL
- High School Diploma
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal, and influence management skills
- Incumbent must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks without losing momentum while also completing all daily tasks efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
