Woodard and Company is a manufacturers' sales representative serving the Canadian marketplace. We serve marine, recreational vehicle, and industrial customers both at the OEM and aftermarket level. We sell on behalf of multiple globally recognized vendors.

We are actively recruiting a full-time sales representative to service Ontario customers. The sales representative will be responsible for meeting with existing customers to expand current sales, as well as new business development. You will provide sales and service support to your customers, including sales presentations, training, and travel to our suppliers to build your sales expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of our our product lines
  • Meet with customers and actively manage accounts
  • Professionalism in your customer relationships 
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Organize sales presentations and trade shows
  • 5+ years outside sales experience in a related field
  • Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical applications of products
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Based in Ontario
  • Available to travel to the companies we represent and customers within Ontario, and travel to trade shows in Canada and USA
  • Detail-oriented and hardworking
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must

What we offer:

A work environment with interesting products and a great team. Salary is paid as a base, plus commission, calculated on growth.

Compensation:

  • Base salary $65,000
  • Additional pay: Commission based on growth, auto allowance, related sales expenses
