Commercial Solutions provides outsourced sales, marketing, and operational solutions for hotels. We recognize that each hotel has its own unique and distinctive persona. To be recognized as a trusted provider of visible value for hotel owners globally, by providing sustainable revenue growth. Director of Sales Multiple Assets
Your job will be to provide 360-degree commercial support with the end game of driving more profitable revenue for 3-7 hotels. This position is virtual, and experience working in a remote role is preferred.
Familiar with all sales platforms Meeting Broker, Lanyon, Delphi & various PMS systems
Entrepreneurial spirit, seeks creative solutions
Step into the shoes of a property-level director of sales and marketing providing support virtually
Develop and execute a prescriptive 360-degree commercial business plan to exceed revenue goals
Represent hotels with professionalism and integrity in tandem with hotel clients as a seamless extension of the commercial team
Identify and activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accounts
Develop and manage a sales pipeline
Participate in the creation of online and offline marketing tactics
Lead bi-weekly sales strategy calls with each of your designated hotels
Deliver a weekly sales summary report
Property sales experience
Minimum 5 years hotel sales and marketing experience
Experience selling for multiple brands preferred
Experience selling to various market segments.
