Own and advance the enterprise Retail Inventory transformation roadmap Simplify and standardize processes across banners and store formats Identify automation, analytics, and emerging technology opportunities Champion change management and adoption across stakeholders Translate inventory results into insights and improvement opportunities
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior leadership Demonstrated transformation, operating-model change, and continuous improvement experience Experience improving performance and controls through technology Strong enterprise mindset and cross-functional influence Strong executive communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Bring enterprise leadership, transformation expertise, and operational insight to Retail Inventory’s standardized, automated, and scalable future. #J-18808-Ljbffr
