The purpose of this mandate is: Support multidisciplinary teams in the maintenance, development and delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate interactions and interventions within the framework of its activities;
  • Mobilize and collaborate with stakeholders external to user services (Communications, Procurement, legal, governance, compliance, etc.);
  • Prepare and present the progress status of its initiatives;
  • Participate in the allocation of resources and the definition of priorities Work according to the principles of the organization to respect the company's delivery cycle to guarantee the integrity and quality of the elements and product of the project;

Profile and skills
  • Ensure monitoring of budgets and timelines for initiatives and projects.
  • Profile and skills Between 5 and 10 years of recognized experience in project coordination;
  • Good knowledge of IT services;
  • Ability to advance projects in a complex environment;
  • Gifted at facilitation and interpersonal communications;
  • Good ability to negotiate and influence;
  • Ability to coordinate and mobilize technical teams;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively;
  • Experience in an Agile environment (an asset)
