This collaborative team approach of the entire office fosters a supportive environment for learning , teaching , sharing and advancement.As part of this opportunity, you'll receive an agreed upon salaried mentorship training, dedicating five days a week to honing your skills in a fast-paced setting. Additionally, you'll have access to a variety of learning , including hands-on training, and local CME programs. Don't let this opportunity get away .Compensation:The successful candidate will earn a negotiable monthly allowance based on experience with the ability to take a percentage when an agreed upon production value is reached.Job Description:Examine patients' teeth, periodontium and surrounding tissue to diagnose disease, injury, decay and plan appropriate preventive or corrective treatmentProvide general dental care such as direct and indirect restorations, performing root canals, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, perio ,endo and pedodontics ( with mentorship for newer applicants)Monitor patient progress to identify changes or the progression of dental diseasePrescribe antibiotics or other medication as requiredRefer patients to dental specialists as needed for recommended procedures such as dental hygienists, dental assistants and other staffBe able to administer Nitrous Oxide and limited sedatives.Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program (Canadian or American Dental Institutions) or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency ProcessRegistered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements. ( Assistance may be provided if licensed elsewhere)Strong command of the English language, both oral and writtenValid CPR certificationQualifications:1 to 3 years of experience is preferred, but a recent grad will be considered.
