Scope of the Position Civil Edge Construction Corp. is seeking an experienced working Foreman/Pipe Layer to join our team in Kelowna, BC. This person reports to senior management and is responsible for the supervision, coordination and direction of the crew and machinery daily, on-site. Requirements and Responsibilities Provide direction to pipe crews, operators and sub-contractors in deep and shallow utilities, building excavation and roads. Understands and adheres to schedules, safety programs, completion dates and project requirements. Reads and interprets drawings and specifications to provide clear instructions to crews. Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend. Overtime as needed. Qualifications Minimum three to five years Clean Driver's Abstract is mandatory. Ability to use standard industry equipment such as laser levels, pipe lasers and builders level. Civil Edge Construction Corp. is a civil excavation company operating in BC and Alberta for over 12 years and specializing in shallow utility installation, detailed foundation excavation and agricultural excavating, including culverts, ponds, roads and retaining walls. We have proudly provided services to large-scale multi-family residential builds and individual homeowners across BC and Alberta.
