Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Fence Installers to join our team. You will be responsible for leading fencing projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to project timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates.

• Procure necessary materials and equipment for each project.

• Coordinate and supervise a team of fencing installers.

• Install various types of fencing including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or modifications to the project.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fence Installer or similar role. (Minimum 5 years experience).

• In-depth knowledge of different fencing materials and installation techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
