Immediate need for a talented CICS Systems Programmer . This is a 02+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Canada (Remote) . Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.
Pay Range: CAD$75 - CAD$80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Skills- CICS, Systems Programming, Mainframe.
~ Solid understanding of CICS Transaction Server system internals.
~ understanding of Storage protection, Transaction isolation, and RENTPGM protection
~ Can independently complete building, configuring, and upgrading CICS Transaction Server regions
~ Have managed activities involving the coordination of multiple technical resources and groups.
~ Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects and still maintain deadlines and milestones.
~ IBM Assembler language familiarity enough to be able to look at code and dumps and work/understand Exits
~24 x 7 on-call support rotation.
