Join our expanding outpatient clinic practice as a skilled and registered (or eligible for registration) full-time Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (Ultrasound Technologist) - Rotator

As a full-time Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (Ultrasound Technologist) - Rotator , your role involves conducting diagnostic imaging procedures using modern ultrasound equipment while ensuring patient comfort and safety. You'll explain procedures, position patients correctly, and optimize imaging quality through equipment adjustments. Working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals, you'll meticulously analyze and interpret images, maintaining comprehensive patient records and procedural documentation.

As a Rotator, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working full-time across multiple different clinics within the city. Whether providing coverage for vacations, sick days, or other staffing needs, Rotators play a crucial role in maintaining seamless operations. While you'll know your shift in advance, you'll also have the excitement of potentially working at different locations on any given day. Additionally, we provide an extra hourly shift premium on top of your base rate to acknowledge and appreciate your flexibility and dedication to delivering exceptional patient care

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform diagnostic medical sonography procedures using ultrasound equipment.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly.
  • Position patients appropriately for optimal imaging results.
  • Analyze images for quality and completeness, ensuring all necessary views are obtained.
  • Recognize normal and abnormal anatomy and communicate findings to radiologists or physicians.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide patient care and ensure safety.
