You will ensure the delivery of optimal care and services.Requirements:Current registration as a RPN at the relevant nurses collegePossess current First Aid/CPR certificateExperience in geriatric, rehabilitation or long-term care nursing is desirableMust have knowledge of the nursing processPost-graduate studies in geriatrics is desirableMust have good leadership and communication skillsPossession of skill in planning, coordinating, and supervising a comprehensive nursing care programReceived at least two (2) doses of a Health Canada approved Covid-19 vaccine.We are committed to providing accommodation in the recruitment processes to applicants with disabilities, upon request.
