We’re Hiring: Senior Program Manager Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving complex, high-impact projects? This is an opportunity to lead end-to-end deployments of private LTE/5G networks and shape the future of connectivity across Canada. About the Role As a Senior Program Manager , you’ll manage the full lifecycle of private wireless network implementations , coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects—from initial planning and design through deployment, testing, and handover. What You’ll Do Project Leadership: Drive day-to-day execution of integration workstreams and oversee the complete lifecycle of private wireless network implementations. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Technical Coordination: Work closely with network engineers and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure. Risk & Budget Management: Identify and mitigate risks, manage budgets, and track success measures. Process Innovation: Develop tools and playbooks to create a consistent, repeatable integration model. Must-Have Skills Exceptional communicator and influencer Strategic, big-picture thinker with strong analytical and presentation skills Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs Nice-to-Have Skills 10+ years’ experience in integration, program management, and organizational governance Experience managing projects over $3M PMP or PgMP certification Location: Canada
