It's TENAQUIP we take seriously, not ourselves.Hybrid - 2 days from home, 3 days in office on-site.Responsibilities: The Associate Category Manager (ACM) supports activities focused on B2B sales growth, profitability and marketing efforts of an assigned product category. In this role, the ACM collaborates and strategizes with the Category Manager to drive portfolio growth and branding and support our sales organization. Building and maintaining relationships with both our internal and external customers will be an integral part of this role.Daily interaction with vendors as needed to meet business needs;Manage daily priority request queue from sales, purchasing and other departments;Lead product SKU creation including establishing market pricing and product content for our website;Review of online content for established and new vendors to ensure their products are accurately represented to drive sales;Participation in vendor meetings and business reviews;Collaboration with our purchasing team on vendor pricing discrepancies, product returns and excess inventory reduction initiatives;Maintain status of vendor rebate programs including tracking and billing of quarterly values;Provide competitive evaluation and ensure product offering and market price is in line with other industrial distributors and wholesalers.Candidate may be required to carry out other responsibilities in order to meet changing business needs.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline;A minimum of 1 year of experience in category management, marketing or a related field;Strong decision-making skills with an ability to lead and influence others to reach objectives;Organized, creative and analytical, with a strong attention to detail;Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);Able to work independently and in within a team;Possess strong communication skills and be able to create and deliver presentations. Bilingual (French and English*), spoken and written;Can-do attitude with an appetite to learn and support in additional responsibilities, tasks and projects as required.(*) This qualification is required as you will be interacting with partners, vendors, internal/external clients and/or staff across Canada on a regular basis.We are an equal opportunity employer. C'est TENAQUIP que nous prenons au sérieux, pas nous-mêmes.Hybride - 2 jours à domicile, 3 jours au bureau sur place.Responsabilités: Le directeur adjoint ou la directrice adjointe de catégorie (DAC) apporte son soutien aux activités de croissance des ventes B2B, à la rentabilité et au marketing d'une catégorie de produits qui lui est assignée. Dans ce rôle, le ou la DAC collabore et élabore des stratégies avec le directeur ou directrice de catégorie pour stimuler la croissance du portefeuille et la stratégie de marque, et soutenir notre organisation de vente. Ce poste exige aussi de développer et d'entretenir des relations avec les clients internes et externes.Interaction quotidienne avec les fournisseurs pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise;Gérer quotidiennement les demandes prioritaires en attente provenant des ventes, achats et autres services;Mener la création des UGS des produits, comprenant l'établissement de la valeur marchande et du contenu des produits pour notre site Web;Réviser le contenu en ligne pour les fournisseurs établis et les nouveaux, afin d'assurer que leurs produits sont représentés avec justesse pour mousser les ventes;Participer aux réunions des fournisseurs et révisions d'affaires;Collaborer avec le service des achats pour traiter les anomalies de prix des fournisseurs, les retours de produits et les initiatives de réduction des stocks excédentaires;Gérer l'état des programmes de rabais des fournisseurs, y compris le suivi et la facturation des valeurs trimestrielles;Fournir une évaluation compétitive et assurer que l'offre de produits et la valeur marchande concordent avec les autres distributeurs industriels et grossistes.Effectuer des tâches connexes afin de répondre aux besoins en constante évolution de l'entreprise.QualificationsDétenir un baccalauréat en marketing ou discipline connexe;Apporte au moins 1 an d'expérience en gestion de catégorie, marketing ou secteur connexe;Possède de solides habiletés décisionnelles et la capacité de mener et d'influencer les gens vers l'atteinte des objectifs;Démontre une organisation, créativité, capacité analytique et méticulosité;Possède de solides habiletés avec la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);Peut travailler seul ou en équipe;Possède de solides habiletés de communication, et peut créer et livrer des présentations.Bilingue (français et anglais*), à l'oral et à l'écrit;Présente une attitude positive et un appétit pour l'apprentissage et le soutien pour des responsabilités, tâches et projets additionnels au besoin.(*) Cette qualification est requise puisque dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous serez amené à interagir de manière récurrente avec des partenaires, des fournisseurs, des clients internes/externes et/ou du personnel à travers le Canada.Nous sommes un employeur souscrivant au principe de l'égalité de l'accès à l'emploi.
