CIBC’s Enterprise Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence team develops practical solutions across the bank. You will create end-to-end capabilities using machine learning, natural language processing, structured data, and unstructured data. The work spans experimentation, deployment, adoption, and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build AI solutions using machine learning, NLP, and Generative AI
- Design reusable tools, APIs, and accelerators for bank teams
- Translate business needs and data into meaningful insights
- Strengthen techniques through features and scalable data products
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
Requirements:
- Experience delivering ML, NLP, and Generative AI solutions
- Experience moving proofs of concept into production
- Experience with Python, SQL, Spark, APIs, and Azure
- Knowledge of algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows
