First Onsite is on the search for an energetic and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Cleaner / General Labourer. In this position, you'll be the backbone of our operation, providing top-notch cleaning, moving, and packing services at our customer's sites and in our bustling warehouse. You'll play a crucial role in setting the stage for rebuild and repair construction work, ensuring everything is in tip-top shape for our projects to commence. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLEANER / GENERAL LABOURER

As a Cleaner / General Labourer at First Onsite, you play a vital role in our customers' rebuild and repair projects. You carefully pack and move their belongings, ensuring their safety and documenting everything using the Encircle app. You're also responsible for general cleaning, both pre- and post-construction, at our warehouse and on customer sites. With your hands-on approach and commitment to excellent customer service, you help provide a seamless experience for our customers, making you an essential part of our team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license - FULL G IN THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO
  • Clean criminal record
  • Capability to lift, carry, and move heavy items
  • Experience working hands-on with cleaning or restoration/construction
  • Willing to work on-call for after-hours emergency work
  • Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
