Lead innovative engineering at Arrow Engineered Products in Stratford, ON. This dynamic role oversees engineering and quality teams while driving excellence in fabrication and design solutions. As Director of Engineering, you will report directly to the VP/General Manager, guiding engineering and quality across multiple locations. Responsible for the management of engineers, quality assurance, and development of engineering standards, you will play a key role in competitive market expansion. Your expertise will support compliance with ASME, TSSA, and other code requirements while emphasizing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering and quality teams for performance and development
- Establish engineering standards and procedures across facilities
- Review engineering deliverables for project alignment and quality
- Manage engineering budget and technology roadmaps
- Monitor quality performance and certificate status reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario
- 12+ years in engineering with 5+ years in leadership
- Experience in ASME nuclear Certificate of Authorization environment
- Strong communication skills for technical discussions
