Responsibilities:- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered.- Drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet operational expectations.- Maintain personal and productivity goals- Build a connection with each customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.- Ability to learn and share expertise in products and trends to meet customer needs.- Maintain knowledge of all products through product trainings.- Contribute to brand awareness by assisting the Store Manager in using social media.Qualifications:- 0-3 years of retail experience- Be confident and comfortable with customers to provide them with a positive experience.- Motivated to achieve great results through running enthusiasm.- Autonomous, able to perform tasks or activities with little supervision.- Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays.
