POSITION OVERVIEW: Campbell & Co., a Navacord Broker Partner based in Komoka, ON is searching for a Media Designer. The Media Designer specializes in creating dynamic video content that tells our brand's story and connects with our audience. This role involves producing a range of video materials, from short promotional clips to longer-form content and requires a deep understanding of digital media trends and video production techniques, as well as sales-oriented storytelling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and produce video content that aligns with strategic marketing goals.
Operate across various software, including the Adobe Creative Cloud, to edit and enhance video projects.
Stay ahead of industry trends to incorporate modern animation and effects that elevate our content.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure projects meet creative, strategic, and business objectives.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across digital channels.
Support the implementation of our organization's marketing strategies regarding clients and partners.
Support implementation of special projects aligned with the organization's overarching business and growth strategy.
Meet agreed-upon deadlines on project deliverables.
Organize and complete multiple projects simultaneously on time in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year of professional work experience in media design or video production.
Educational background in design, marketing, or a related field with a solid portfolio demonstrating video production skills.
Strong foundation in design and proficiency in video editing tools and software.
Adobe Cloud proficiency is an asset.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex briefings into effective design solutions.
Open to cross-training in other design areas and willing to contribute to the team's success during high-demand periods.
Familiarity with Canva and similar template-based fast design solutions.
Openness to learning and feedback.
Strong work ethic.
