Architectural Design:

Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into modern, standardized technical solutions.
Drive initiatives to modernize and standardize our Salesforce org, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices.
Evaluate and implement the latest Salesforce features and technologies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our Salesforce implementation.
Technical Leadership:

Provide strong technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers.
Mentor team members on best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce architecture.
Contribute to the development and execution of the overall Salesforce strategy.
Collaborate with leadership to align Salesforce solutions with broader business goals and objectives.
Perform hands-on development and customization of Salesforce solutions when necessary.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other business systems.
Establish and enforce Salesforce development and deployment best practices.
Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and deployment guides.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and QA teams, to deliver successful Salesforce implementations.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.
Salesforce certifications, including Certified Application Architect and Certified System Architect.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside of Quebec or unilingual English-speaking on a daily basis.
