As a Group Home Team Lead, you'll play a vital role in the development and supervision of these extraordinary individuals, helping them navigate their world in confidence and joy. Main Responsibilities: Maintaining team moral and healthy work environment Implement creative activities to assist with Child Development Create a positive & nurturing environment Interact with the children De-escalate behaviors Assist in training new caregivers Taking children to appointments Position 1 Additional Responsibilities: Tube Feeding (Training Provided) Assisting with TLR lifts Now let's talk about our ideal candidate: Do you have previous experience working with children under the age of 11?
